So next month I'm participating in a panel on nonviolence, with my friend Monica, here at our school. It's being organized by students, and they're putting together a program for the events (this is actually part of a semester-long-series). We were asked to provide a photo, so yesterday I began digging through my photos to see which one I should submit. Along the way, I found many that I should NOT submit. I couldn't resist putting them into a folder.

Now if I could only choose one that IS appropriate!

What a terrific set of photos! I loved looking through them and reading the comments. Are you sure the dishes or vacuum shots won't work? I mean, the more sex division of roles the less conflict in the family, no?

Humor alway is a good idea! As an aside, u may be aware of this, but I just found out about this because I met the woman, Jeannette Kravitz who was behind this, http://www.chicagodopalliance.org/..But since your symposium is on non-violence this is what this whole peacealliance is about. It could probably be old news to u, but I was just surprised how there really was no publicity about it.

Thanks, Jeannie. I had heard of that, but forgot about it. I'll pass it along to the students in case it sparks anything. =)
